Design a Banner Arts Competition

1. The theme of the Arts Competition is My Garden City and Me.
2. The entries will be judged based on aesthetic, relevance to theme and creativity.
3. Closing date is Saturday, 4 Sep 2004, 5pm.

Competition Guideline:
- A3 size paper
- Drawing area should be within 200mm x 400mm (portrait)
